[comp.sys.mac.apps] getting PostScript files from MacDraw II

serdar@vuse.vanderbilt.edu (Serdar Uckun) (06/05/91)

I would like to import Mac Draw II graphics into LaTeX files I prepare
on a Unix system. The user's manual for "psfig" (the TeX macro set
for including ps files) says that MacDraw (presumably the original
MacDraw) has an undocumented feature whereby PostScript information
may be diverted to a file rather than a printer by pressing Apple-K
or Apple-F right after clicking "OK" on the print menu. This
undocumented feature does not seem to work for MacDraw II.

Is there another undocumented key combination on MacDraw II for the
purpose? Can anyone help?

(I do not regularly read this group -- please e-mail responses -- thanks)
