I can't run Excel in my Mac LC due to the absence of numerical coprocessor. Is there a way to work it out? I can't remember exactly what this one is but try: Command-Option-Shift, Command-Option-Shift-Control, or Command-Option-Shift-Control. If you can't figure it out, let me know, and I'll get you more details.

If you are running Excel 2.2 you can also solve the problem by getting the free maintenance upgrade to version 2.2a from Microsoft. -- John Cavallino | EMail: jcav@midway.uchicago.edu University of Chicago Hospitals | USMail: 5841 S. You could also upgrade to version 2.2a, which I find runs quite OK on my LC, without the need for FPU 2.01a. John Traeger Dept of Chemistry La Trobe University Bundoora AUSTRALIA

The last choise is to install excel from "clean" disks. That solved the same problem we had on IIsi machines without a coprocessor. I'll hope it will work in your case too. Heikki Jussila Univ. of Oulu, Res. Inst. of Northern Finland Email: pstl-hj at Finou.oulu.fi or Finou.Bitnet
