Hello all, I'm about to buy an old fixer-upper type house that is in serious need of some remodelling (of the knock out walls and roofs variety). I grow weary of using pencil and paper for floor plans. Draw programs work OK, but what I really want is something that was designed for this kind of thing. A CAD program would be great, but it's overkill (functionally and monitarily). I'm sure that something like this must exist. Anybody have any recommendations for something decent and cheap (double digits)? Shareware is cool. Thanks mucho. -eric PS, It would be exceptional if it would let me do a little 3-d view of a floor plan. Ah, but I ask for too much. Hmm.
