[comp.lang.functional] Any free/cheap functional language implementation for the Mac?

pcg@cs.aber.ac.uk (Piercarlo Grandi) (12/14/90)

It would be nice for me to learn some functional/lambda calculus language
implementation on my 2MB MacIntosh Classic.

I am seeking therefore the binaries of a free (for research, personal
non commercial use) of something like ML, Haskell, Miranda, Scheme,
Russell, ...

Please reply by e-mail; I will post a summary.

While this was posted under my user id as a courtesy to Shahwar, he is
the one that wants to learn functional languages on a Mac.

Of course ;-) I already know functional languages, and even if I did
not, I am a staunch FSF/LPF supporter and I would not touch a Mac with a
bargepole :-).

Keep the suggestions coming in; a summary will be posted in a few days'
time. Thanks!
