I am writing an encyclopedia article on the history of lambda-calculus and functional programming, and the encyclopedia wants the dates of everybody mentioned in the article. I have not been able to find the years of birth of the following people (I assume that they are all alive and well), and I would appreciate any pointers that anybody on the net can give me.
