Continued bad weather prevents serious air activity over Britain, though
scattered raids by lone bombers are reported at many points.

Rumania is rumored to be prepared to cede the South Dobruja province to
Bulgaria.

Greece expands her mobilization efforts, and hosts a meeting with Soviet
military experts in Athens.

German secret police in Norway disband the Norwegian Communist Party and
arrest influential communists nationwide.  Germany has reportedly demanded
a payment of 200 million krona for occupational expenses.

Leon Trotsky, age 61, is killed in Mexico City by an NKVD agent.  The 
murder is committed with a pickaxe.
