Another heavy German air raid hits Coventry. Over 300 tons of bombs
are dropped and civilian casualties are heavy.

German panzers are committed in Yugoslavia, and by nightfall the Yugoslav
border garrisons are eliminated. The Greek border defense is also pierced,
and armored units are threatening Salonika.

Mechili falls to the German 5th Light division, which continues driving
east toward Tobruk.

In East Africa, Commonwealth forces capture the port of Massawa, taking 17
Axis merchant ships intact. The 4th Indian division prepares to embark
immediately for redeployment in Egypt.
