Hitler, addressing the members of the Reichstag, accuses Churchill of
committing "the biggest strategic mistake in history" in transferring
troops from North Africa to Greece.

The German attacks on Tobruk halt and their troops dig in for a long siege.

Indian troops gain three important hills in the fighting near Amba Alagi.
