[net.bugs.4bsd] HZ appears in sys/param.h and curses.h on Pyramids

Problem:

If you have a program which includes <sys/param.h> and <curses.h>,
then you will find the C compiler barfs in curses.h because HZ there
means on a Hazeltine terminal.

Workaround:

Dirty. I simply #undef HZ just before <curses.h>. If your program uses
both meanings of HZ you are out of luck.
