COMMENT     Submitted in computer readable form by M. A. Mayo on 24-Jan-1990.
            In [J. Gen. Virol. 70, 1037-1051 (1989)], they suggested that the
            viral polymerase was translated by
            frameshift readthrough near the end of the 70K polypeptide, and 53K
            protein was translated by readthrough of the amber termination
            codon of the coat protein gene.  In the sequence, 5' end may not be
            the extreme end (discussed in [J. Gen. Virol. 70, 1037-1051
            (1989)]).
