COMMENT     Genomic sequence of the rat T-cell receptor beta chain constant
            region complex, including D-beta-1, J-beta-1.1 through 1.6, and the
            four exons of C-beta-1 (see RATTCB2A and RATTCB2B for the C-beta-2
            regions).  Ten cryptic rearrangement signals, described in
            reference [1], are noted, as well as the 3' end of an L1Rn LINE
            repetitive element.  This sequence is approximately 2.8kb 5' of
            RATTCB2A.
