COMMENT Genomic sequence of the rat T-cell receptor beta chain constant
region complex, including D-beta-2, and J-beta-2.1 through 2.6. A
cryptic rearrangement signal described in reference [1] is noted.
This sequence is approximately 2.8kb 3' of RATTCBC1 (containing the
C-beta-1 D and J segments as well as the C-region exons), and 500bp
5' of RATTCBC2A (containing the C-beta-2 constant region exons).
