              The present sequence differs at nt 166 (A changed to G) and 614
            (also A to G) from the one published in ref. [2]. These changes
            were made because at those points the cDNA sequence was in conflict
            with both the sequence of genomic DNA [3], and of the published
            protein sequence [2] which agreed among themselves.
