I think there is no question that we would all like to see the President of the United States come to a Shuttle Launch or Shuttle Landing in a supportive position. However, past experiences have indicated that a Presidential "presents" usually results in a lot of cheap words, that are politically expedient while the space program is being raped generally by Presidential policies. With such a feeling I find it easy to understand a certain amount of resentment at having the landing rescheduled just for the benefit of the President. However, your point is well taken, a positive impression made on the President might do much to help our cause, and if that means letting him get a good nights rest I'm all for it.
