COMMENT The Tc6.1 sequence is a probe for a repetitive sequence family of
20-40 members in all strains of the nematode C.elegans denoted the
Tc6 repetitive sequence family. The repetitive family has terminal
sequence similarity to C.elegans transposons Tc1 and Tc3, and has
other properties suggesting that Tc6 elements are transposable
elements.
