COMMENT The origin of the L-strand replication, which consists of 27
nucleotide, occurs in the middle of the five tRNA gene cluster that
is located between the genes for URF2 and CO I. The nucleotide
sequence of the upstream region (Ala-tRNA, Trp-tRNA, and URF2
genes) are reported previously. 5bp of 5'end overlap with 3'end of
D00197.
