	Ah ya, if techniological advancement is having a bunch of kiddies
that use a supposedly sophisticated computer system, then I dont know what.
Besides they probably play useless computer games most of the time. Maybe
not, maybe they are different than most kids. And is this important? No.
What you and a lot of others seem to fail to realize is that the soviet
union has had a lot of hardship in the past, and probably has not been able to 
achieve the standard of western tech. But what does it matter, to compare
Soviet tech with Western tech , is unfair and wrong. The soviets think
differently than we do, Canadiens think differently that Americans , 
Americans think differently than British , British think diff.... .
>From a technological stand point anyhow. Point..Try to forget different
analgomies between countries, what we have hear is a "melting pot" of
ideas that should be brought together. From this we may exploit the
knowledge of man , and come up with something half decent. So what if
they are soviets. Remember , there is no proper comparison.
