            Draft entry and computer-readable sequence for [1] kindly provided
            by C.W.Price, 18-FEB-1987. A sequence similar to a B.subtilis
            ribosome binding site is located at positions 587-594. The "ttg"
            initiation codon (positions 601-603) was chosen as the start for
            the open reading frame, because it was optimally spaced from the
            possible ribosome binding site. An in frame "atg" codon is located
            at positions 607-609. A region of dyad symmetry is located at
            523-572 and could form a stem-loop structure that may influence
            rpoF expression.
