Data kindly reviewed (20-JUL-1987) by Barclay A.N. 4 variants of
rat L-CA, which arise by alternative splicing have been identified.
All the sequence variation occurs at a point starting 6 residues
from the NH2-terminus and the lastr 1112 residues of all forms are
identical. mature protein variant 4 (lymph node, 1250 AA) mature
protein variant 3 (lymph node, 1167 AA) mature protein variant 2
(thymocyte & lymph node, 1159 AA) mature protein variant 4
(thymocyte & lymph node, 1118 AA)
