Rat fast skeletal muscle troponin T gene has the capacity to encode
multiple isoforms via alternative splicing: exons 1-3, 9-15 and 18
are constitutive, exons 4-8 are interchangeable, exons 16 and 17
are exchangeable and mutually exclusive. The sequence represents
