I absolutely agree with Tom Roberts in so far as it is important to EXTEND the realm of Science (or at least the methodology of Science) to include national and international politics. However, it is not at all obvious to me as to how one can go about and make that happen. It seems that if science could be packaged in a religeous packet and sold, that might work (considering all the absurdities that people will buy in religeous packets!).
