We bridge a lot of LAT terminal traffic through our Cisco routers, and I have noticed that whenever I reconfigure the router all LAT connections are dropped. Is this normal/expected behavior? I have heard that LAT is very sensitive to timings. SHould I expect the problem to go away if I used telnet instead (most of my terminal servers are LAT/telnet servers)? How much more resources would telnet use than LAT (bandwidth and processor CPU)? Many thanks. Mohamed
