We ordered an upgrade for our ancient AGS box way back in May. Our box is so old that the folks in Customer Service at cisco freak out when they hear the serial number. Anyway, cisco offered upgrades to the latest CPU with cBus backplane, and we bit. Cost was $7500 list, which seemed like a good deal. Delivery was quoted 10-Jul, but we still haven't received. Now, cisco is quoting 25-Sep. I know the new units are shipping; I see messages posted here from those who have them. Question: did anyone else order this upgrade, and if so, have you gotten it? What I think might be happening is that cisco is filling only New orders now, and will get around to upgrades only much later. *sigh* =John=
