First of all thanks to all who have responded to my message, though I didn't post it at the time our cisco failures were scattered throughout the US and all but one was on a power filter of medium quality. The executive summary of the messages is this: cisco's have historically never failed in the area of their switching power supplies. However five sites (who shall rename nameless) report that AGS's, CGS's, MSM's all delivered in the last 3-4 weeks have had infant mortality problems (they run for 24 hours and die). Sounds like a bad batch of power supplies to me, but as long as the power cords don't zap our technician's like IBM's were there for awhile, I think we'll survive. Thanks Again, this helps us understand better what is going on. Marty
