The manuals DO NOT capitalize cisco, ever. I think that it's our name, and it's spelled how we say, and that includes never capitalizing it. But I'm not an authority, just an engineer who knows how to spell.

I was under the impression that cisco was sufficiently well capitalized for the near term. They certainly seem to have enough money to fund product development and customer support. Of course, like any small hi-tech company they may be vulnerable to take-over and its attendant effects on product directions and support. We should always be attuned to those possibilities, but cisco is no different than any other vendor in our madcap accountant-driven free market. Excuse me? Not that kind of capitalization? They meant the little "c"? Never mind.
