I'm using tacacsd to validate logins on my cisco terminal servers. I would like to be able to control the validation depending on which port the person has connected to on the terminal server. The TACACS protocol doesn't seem to be able to pass the port info. Is there a fairly simple method for connecting back to the terminal server and finding which port has made a specific tacacs request? Can the tacacs "trans" field be traced? Is there an easier method to do this? tnx mgg ****************************************************************** .+|+, CCC SS OO +-*-+ C S O O NETWORKING: ubiquitous, demanded, `+|+' + C S O O demanding, misunderstood. +-##-+ CCC SS OO +-# #-+ University of Illinois, Computing Services Office +-##-+ 1304 W Springfield, Urbana, Il 61801 + .+|+, Michael G.
