[comp.dcom.sys.cisco] Compressed TCP on Terminal Server?

Does anyone know if there are any plans to support compressed TCP (RFC 1144)
on cisco Terminal Servers?  I am currently using SLIP using Telebit T2500's
to a Terminal Server and while it works, it's less than ideal.  It seems
like compressed TCP would be a significant win.
