[net.space] Are there more than nine planets?

The question came up in a class of mine as to whether or not there is
a tenth planet.  I seem to remember some talk about discovering another
planet.

Is there one?  If so, could someone please enlighten me (and the net too)
about this newly found tenth planet?
Wneh was it discovered? By whom?  Where is it (after Pluto I would guess)?
