I got a "Field Notice" in the mail from cisco dated May 20th that tells how to determine if your power supply is 'suspect', and how to get it fixed if it is. The pages all say they are "PS-005-052091" in smallprint at the bottom. I assume they are in a postscript file that could be left for anon ftp if it isn't already. The affected machines all have date codes in their serial numbers (digits 3-6) of 0590 thru 1090. It goes on to show pretty pictures of what 'Suspect' and 'Desirable' power supplies should look like inside.
