I am trying to develop an application that will interface with a telephone switch protocall called IS-41. IS-41 is built on the lap-b layer of X.25. Due to the nature of lap-b I will need one physical connection to each telephone switch (could be as high as 30), preferably from one unix host. Unfortunately it appears that most vendors equipment can support from 4 to 8 physical connections per machine. Does Cisco provide any type of protocall converter that would convert a lap-b level interface to tcp-ip? How about converting lap-b to a serial interface? How about any other ideas? Any advice would be appriciated. Either e-mail or posting your response would be great. Thanks Rick
