c Sorry to taint net.space with this, but here it where it started. So Wisconsin constituents won't benefit directly from space funding? I rather doubt that, but... I imagine that New Mexico doesn't have a submarine base, either, but they pay for them. Probably Alaska doesn't have much use for a milk subsidy. I would also dispute that the test for state myopia is whether or not they pass a nuclear arms reduction referendum. I think it is more a test of follow-the-wind. Mark Mallett
