+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ Telecommunications for the Apple: I have a ][+, and the only decent program I have found is ASCII Express Pro. I have not found any others that will work on my little 64K machine. This is a pretty good one though, it does Xmodem transfers and emulates vt52 and a handful of other terminals (though not vt100). It runs under Dos 3.3 or ProDOS. However, I do have problems that perhaps somebody out there can help with: First of all, does anyone know where I can get a copy of KERMIT that will work on my machine (preferably Dos 3.3 too?) The reason for this is that the machine I use here at the University of New Mexico is not a VAX, it is a Sequent Balance multiprocessor machine (I think there are 9 proccessors currently) and it runs a modified UNIX clone called DYNIX. I have a copy of Xmodem compiled for a VAX, but it doesn't run right here. Does anyone know where I can find source code for it? Or if you have any other suggestions as to how I can do protocol transfers with my ][+, please email me. +-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | The sad truth of history has always been that the unreasoning masses | | follow the powerful, not the wise. -- George R.R.
