[comp.sys.apple2] C compilers for Apple II or lookalike {Laser}

I just started reading this newsgroup, primarily because we bought
a Laser 128 [Apple II clone] for our kids for Christmas.  I noticed some
mentioning of C compilers for this beastie.  Would someone be kind
enough to send me details on the availability of such compilers?
I'll summarize if there are enough responses.
