Here's the story behind Soundsmith 0.9: I was having problems with the volume of my mailings and jammed the gateway on my side. I have too many people on the list to personallize service of the mailings of what each person didn't receive. I made sure to get a working copy of Soundsmith to Chan Wilson who is the caretaker of wuarchives. It is now on the wuarchive: wuarchive.wustl.edu in the directory: usenet/comp.binaries.apple2/GS/Sound/Soundsmith as soundsmith.9.bsq It is BINSCIIed ShrinkIt. If you absolutely can't get it from the FTP archive, send me mail and I'll get it out to you. I've worked out my problems with distribution. Song distribution will initially be by mail and then hopefully by FTP sites. Delivery between segments may go slow so I don't overload the gateway, so be patient. I am hoping to get the all files put on FTP sites eventually. I'm sending a file of what I have and what FTP sites have. If you have other songs, please send me a list of the names immediately even if you won't be uploading them soon.
