The following is easy instructions for PROBABLY saving the IIgs and the II line in general: 1) stop whining about Apple and start talking about how great your machine is. 2) show how great it is by writing neat programs and posting them (like I've been trying to do) 3) don't put down the Mac; it's got enough problems as it is 4) go to your nearest computer store and buy a) Apple II periferals b) Apple II programs 5) tell your friends that you have an Apple II and probably always will If you won't/can't do all these things, then the Apple II is not dying. It is dead. NOW. I do in fact follow all of the above advice, whenever possible, and I feel that doing so is in part one of the preconditions of earning the right to complain about what Apple has been up to.
