I used to be able to connect my 5.25 drives to my UniDisk 3.5 with a 19-20 pin converter (or maybe it's the other way around..) Anyway, a while ago I replaced my UniDisk 3.5 with an Apple 3.5, and I haven't been able to daisy-chain drives this way since. If I try to hook a half-height 5.25 with the converter to the 3.5, it just "ignores" the 3.5 drive and won't read from or write to it. Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening, and any better solution than just using a controller card in slot 6? I really liked the scan drives option, and I'd like to be able to use it again..
