All v.32 9600 baud modems have error correcting and data compression using MNP5. Before you get one though you might look at the Supra 2400+ which has V.42bis and MNP5. V.42bis will give you 4x data compression and error correcting. If you're set on 9600 baud modem, USR and Hayes have out each 9600 baud modems with V.42bis and MNP5. Their both over $1000 list price, but that's only list price... you should be able to find them for under $1000. V.42bis is becoming standard for 9600 modems. (Hopefully)
