[comp.sys.apple2] ShrinkIt.system help: "No buffers available"

I recently downloaded ShrinkIt and ShrinkIt.system. I put ProDOS, ShrinkIt,
and ShrinkIt.system on a floppy together and attempted to execute 
ShrinkIt.system. I get the error, "No buffers available", the same error I got 
when I attempted to invoke simply ShrinkIt. I downloaded using an older version
of kermit in binary file-type. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
