[comp.sys.apple2] "cryptor"

I just today came across a program by Glen Bredon called cryptor which
lets you encrypt a file with a keyword. I'll post it on comp.binaries
if someone can tell me it's ok to do so. The doc file with the program
says nothing about it being freeware, shareware, or copyrighted and
not distributable. Apparently this is what prosel updates are encrypted
with (the keyword to use is in the manual (-:).
