Is there an easy/cheap way to convert the modem/printer interfaces on my
IIGS to RS-232-C? A cable maybe?

Are you asking about the exact electrical specs, or just the connector? The
ports are *not* really RS-232-C electrically, but for most purposes they are
close enough. What are you trying to connect to?

You can get an DIN-8 to DB-25 cable at your favorite Place That Seels Stuff
Like Cables. If you find a cable labeled for use with a Macintosh II, SE,
etc (back as far as the Mac Plus, I believe), those work with the GS too--no
problem.
