[comp.sys.apple2] BINSCII wanted

Could some kind person please email me a copy of Binscii?  Or point me to where
I can get a copy.  We have FTP.

Also, is there a version around that runs under ms dos?  I'm trying to archive
apple binary postings on our BBS, but have so far been unable to unpack any of
them.
