[comp.sys.apple2] Components for External Hard Drive ???

I want to know where I can expect to get a case and power supply to
convert an internal hard drive for my Apple IIgs to an external hard
drive.  Does anyone possibly have any sitting around unused?  If not,
how much can I expect to pay for the case and power supply?
