              TML Systems Announces Publishing Shift
TML Apple IIGS Products To Have New Publisher

Jacksonville, Florida: TML Systems, Inc. and Complete Technology, Inc.
announced today that effective July 1st, 1990 a new company, Complete
Technology, Inc., owned by former TML Apple IIGS Products Manager, Vince
Cooper, will acquire the world wide rights to maintain, support and
publish TML Basic, TML Pascal II, and TML Source Code Library II from
TML Systems, Inc. Complete Technology will rename the products Complete
Pascal,Complete Basic, and Complete Source Code Library - Pascal.

"We felt it was our obligation to our Apple IIGS customers to make sure
that a high level of support and attention be continued for TML Basic
and TML Pascal II as our company focuses development efforts towards new
and innovative products," said Bob Leonard, Vice President of Marketing
for TML Systems, Inc. Vince Cooper worked with technical support for
the products during his tenure at TML Systems, and we're sure the level
of support and maintenance will grow considerably with Complete
Technology in the drivers seat.

Representatives of Complete Technology stated they would soon be mailing
information to all of TML's former clients containing details about
technical support and future plans for the products.

TML Pascal II and TML Basic are the leading language products available
for the Apple IIGS, we believe more units are currently used in schools
and educational settings than any other Apple IIGS native development
software. We are pleased that we now have the opportunity to work with
the products to make them of even more use to Apple IIGS programmers, as
well as to support the large base of already installed TML Systems'
customers," said Mr. Cooper. Complete Technology and TML Systems
believe this new agreement will help better meet the needs of their
customers.

The publishing shift is already in effect. Interested parties may
contact Complete Technology, Inc. at 904/731-7181 from 10:00 A.M. to
5:00 P.M. daily. Technical support mail may be sent to Complete
Technology, Inc. 5411 Ortega Blvd. Suite 7, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Subj: Letter to TML Customers 90-08-06 11:08:59 EDT
From: VCooper

Dear TML Pascal or TML Basic owner:

We'd like to introduce ourselves; we're Complete Technology, Inc. We're
a new company dedicated to the Apple IIGS and to serving the needs of
its development community! We'd like to let you know that we have
acquired the full rights to publish, maintain and support TML Pascal II
and TML Basic! We're continuing the tradition TML Systems has started
by offering you Complete Pascal and Complete Basic.

Complete Pascal is available now, directly from Complete Technology,
Inc. Complete Basic will be available in the not too distant future.
TML Systems will continue to offer TML Basic to those who wish to obtain
it until a product release announcement about Complete Basic is made by
Complete Technology, Inc.

Information is included in the packet about a technical support program
that we have put in place for owners of TML Pascal and TML Basic. We're
a new company and it was impossible for us to absorb the technical
support needs of several thousand product owners without this program.
Only members of the support program will be eligible to receive products
upgrades and updates from Complete Technology. We've also included a
limited time offer for Pascal owners of a free software update with
membership in the support program.

We are fully aware that users with technical support or product problems
have been left hanging in the past. This is one of the reasons that
Complete Technology was formed, to make sure that these problems do not
persist in the future. We are dedicated to providing a high level of
service to our customers and to taking the functionality of our products
to new levels.

Our plans are to first update the Pascal product to fix bugs that have
been reported by some users as well as to add some features to the
resource editor. This should be completed sometime shortly.

A new linker is also in the works for Pascal that will allow programmers
to use modules created using outside sources such as an assembler or
another language compiler. We'll have this work completed by late this
year if enough interest is shown by owners of the former TML products.

It's a real pleasure for us to be able to offer you Complete Pascal and
Complete Basic, as well as for us to now support and update the owners
of TML Systems' fine Apple IIGS compilers. We look forward to a long
and rewarding relationship with TML Systems' former clients.

Sincerely,

Vince M. Cooper
President, Complete Technology, Inc.
