[comp.sys.apple2] PFS Write-->AWP or TXT format

The previous posting about PFS File just reminded me about a friend's
problem.  His father has written most of a book with PFS Write.  My 
friend is now in the process of selling his //e, and his father wants
an electronic copy of his book in some easily transferrable format (i.e.
TXT or AWP).  Is there an easy way to make this conversion?  I know very
little about the PFS: Write file format and have never used it (born and
raised on Apple Writer //e... remember that? :), so I have no clue how to
go about a transfer of this size.  All I know is that the formatting is
embedded into the file, like in WordPerfect files on the IBM.

Please e-mail any responses, as I don't think this is commonly desired
information.
