I understand that there is a card which allows you to run Apple IIe software in an IBM. Has anyone ever seen this beast in action? If so, I am wondering if it works under a multitasking enviroment. (Windows, OS/2, Desqview, etc.) It would be nice to run an Apple BBS as just one task, rather than tieing up the whole computer. Please, no flames... The only one I know of only works when it has the ENTIRE system. You cannot run it in any kind of window environment. Also, the thing is a dog. I used it for a while at my mother's old school, and it bit. Big time. First, it only works with IIe programs. In order to run ProDOS programs, you have to run a utility packaged with it. PAIN... Frankly, it is not worth the effort. > Kirk > >Pro-Realm | Proline: kirk@pro-realm >3/12/2400 baud | BITNET: kirk%pro-realm.cts.com@nosc.mil >(914) 691-3863 | UUCP: crash!pnet01!pro-realm!kirk >My opinions only! | ARPA: crash!pnet01!pro-realm!kirk ...Sal ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Salvatore A.
