The interrupts mentioned are necessary over 300 baud. I too remember there
was a swtich on the Super Serial Card enabling interrupts. A few friends
of mine running 1200 and 2400 baud would miss characters like crazy when
on line.... the interrupts cured the problem instantly.
There was an article on this in an old issue of Open-Apple (now A2 Central)
althoguh, the exact issue escapes me...
