	I may be totally incorrect, but I presume if you have FTP access
somewhere, you're on a UNIX site. So you can then uncompress the file
(i.e. extract from .Z format), then figure out how to use the tar program
to get the files out... I don't know TAR so I can't help you there...
But it outta be on your UNIX system.
	Then if you want the file(s) smaller, you can then compress each
of them and then download them.
