We use the United States Postal Service to deliver copies of GS+ to
subscribers. At this point, about 10 subscribers (that I know about) have not
yet received their copies of the last issue of GS+. I sent these out on
8/13/90. I have checked all of the addresses of the folks that have contacted
me, and, in each case, we had the correct address and actually sent them a
magazine. I have had the Post Office put a trace on one subscribers magazine
but have not yet heard anything back. If anyone has any additional
suggestions as to what extra steps I could have taken, I would be VERY glad to
hear them!

If these magazines do not show up at these subscribers doors by the time they
get the next magazine, we will send a free replacement. Why wait so long? In
past cases, where we sent a replacement out immediately, the original magazine
showed up soon thereafter. Usually the next day :) Murphys law works
overtime for the Postal Service.

As for finding an 'Alternate' way of getting magazines to subscribers...
I would love to use FedEx or UPS, but, they don't offer bulk rates (that I
know of) and they don't deliver to POBoxes (which many of our subscribers
have.) I am looking into First Class Bulk mail, which I think may solve most
of these problems, but, at this point have not made any definite plans to
switch.

If ANYBODY has ANY problems with their GS+ subscription, I want to know about
it, and I want to make it right!

(please send replys to my proline address as my newsgroup connection has been
down for several months now. Thanks to Michael Quinn for forwarding Daves
message to me so that I could respond!)
