So, here I sit with a IIC that seems to be forgotten by everyone (Apple can't help with my question, they don't have any information on such an old machine!), and I have a question. Does anyone have any suggestions one memory expansion for the revised memory expandable IIC? Does "memory expandable" mean it's just a matter of plugging in a card? Suggestions please? --

In-Reply-To: message from Bill.Green@samba.acs.unc.edu The older machines take the Z-RAM-ULTRA and Ram Express by Applied Engineering nicely. I've installed a couple on club members' machines. You need to know what version ][c you have to order the correct card, as there are assembly differences. If you don't have a memory expansion connector, order the Z-RAM which plugs into the cpu itself and then the cpu plugs into the card. I've had good luck with Roger Coats in San Diego, 1-800-438-2883. ______________________________________________________________________________ Mike Ungerman |Proline:mikeu@pro-magic Pro-Magic BBS: 407-366-0156 |uucp:crash!pnet01!pro-magic!mikeu 300/1200/2400/9600 Baud 24hrs |arpa:crash!pnet01!pro-magic!mikeu@nosc.mil Apple Tree of Central Florida, Inc |Internet:mikeu@pro-magic.cts.com Orlando, Florida|Voice:407-366-0060|Compuserve:71326,31 Prodigy: JSNP58A
