That's why the Louisiana law about shrinkwrap was struck down by the courts. 
You're under no obligation to abide by conditions imposed in a software
package that you didn't sign for before purchasing it.  If you signed an
agreement before you ever purchased the package then you are required to live
up to that agreement.
